How Ergotherapy Can Support Human Resources in Companies
ERGO-CHECK as a Corporate Benefit: for all organizations that care about employee well-being
For several years, Polispecialistico Paradiso has been pursuing its mission in the Lugano area:
WORKING AS A TEAM TO GUIDE PEOPLE TOWARDS THEIR PSYCHO-PHYSICAL-SOCIAL WELL-BEING.
Training, constant human and professional interaction, and meticulous attention to detail are 3 of our most authentic values.
Polispecialistico Paradiso is passionately committed to spreading a culture of personal well-being in the region.
The ERGO-CHECK is a program designed for companies that look beyond and want to aim high, starting from what they value most: their people.
Caring for the health of human resources also means having a vision for the company’s future growth.
«THE PERSON AT THE CENTER»
We are in a delicate historical phase where it is essential to look to the future with optimism, continuing to focus on the growth and well-being of employees without wasting time or resources.
We have developed solutions to meet the needs of companies in the Lugano area that want to create high-value benefits for their staff.
Our exclusive proposal offers your employees access to some of our services, some of which are free of charge.
We offer programs based entirely on personalized activities, defined according to the individual’s needs.
We believe our offer is an extremely valuable tool for companies because it allows each employee to optimize their well-being at work, benefiting both the individual and the company.
How It Works
The program takes place once a year, free of charge, directly at the company’s premises. The ergotherapist visits the offices while employees are working to observe posture related to each workstation, analyzing the chair, desk, monitor, keyboard, any other work tools, and lighting.
After the individual assessment, recommendations are provided to improve the workstation setup, both in terms of posture and ergonomic aids, aimed at preventing the onset of discomfort and work-related disorders.
The same evaluation can also be conducted in production departments, analyzing workstations, machinery, and repetitive tasks, with the goal of reducing the risk of injury and improving work efficiency.
