Pediatric Occupational Therapy: Supporting Growth with Care, Expertise, and Collaboration

I graduated with honors in Occupational Therapy in November 2018 from the University of Milan. After graduation, I worked for several years in pediatric and neuro-geriatric settings, providing treatments both in private practice and at home.

In April 2022, I opened the area dedicated to Occupational Therapy within Centro Polispecialistico Paradiso, with the goal of creating a space tailored for children and their families, where they can grow, develop, and face daily challenges together.

Ongoing training in pediatrics

Over the years, I have expanded my expertise through specialized courses in:

• Graphomotor skills
• Sensory integration
• Basal stimulation
• Food selectivity
• Executive functions

I completed training in the Feuerstein programs (PAS Basic Level I and PAS Standard Level I) and, in 2023, obtained the official certification in ASI (Ayres Sensory Integration). I am qualified to administer the EASI and SPM tests, essential tools for assessing a child’s sensory profile. In August 2025, I completed the CAS “Role of Clinical Tutor”, enabling me to host and train students during their university studies.

I deeply believe in the value of multidisciplinary collaboration. For this reason, in supporting the child, I always work in close synergy with the family, the school, and, when present, other professionals involved in the care process (pediatrician, physiotherapist, speech therapist, psychologist…). Only in this way can we establish shared goals and ensure an effective, personalized intervention that is truly useful for the child’s growth.
