My passion for movement and my professional experience

I have always had a passion for movement, so much so that I began studying dance at the age of 8. After years of study at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan, I graduated as a professional dancer in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, I worked in Germany, in Munich, with the Bayerisches Staatsballett II, and in 2016 I was offered a lifetime contract in Warsaw at the National Theatre. In 2019, I became a soloist dancer at the National Theatre of Hannover, in Germany.

My training: from Pilates to a degree in Exercise Science

Alongside my career as a dancer, I wanted to approach Pilates to take care of my body, worn out by years of competitive activity. Since 2018, I have continued my training with FIF (Italian Fitness Federation), expanding my knowledge of the Pilates method. I am certified as an instructor in:

  • Matwork;
  • Small equipment;
  • Reformer;
  • Cadillac;
  • Wunda Chair;
  • Prenatal Pilates;
  • Senior Pilates;
  • Spine Corrector.

My desire to deepen my knowledge of the human body and movement led me to enroll at San Raffaele Telematic University of Rome, combining my studies with my competitive career, and I will graduate in 2025.

Why Pilates?

I fell in love with Pilates because it proved to be very close to my career as a dancer: Pilates allowed me to discover new ways of moving my body without pain, to strengthen it, and at the same time to make it more flexible. After years of practicing on myself, I began teaching it. The most rewarding part of my work? Seeing the more relaxed and serene expression on my clientsโ€™ faces at the end of a class.
