ErgoCheck for companies in Lugano

Polispecialistico Paradiso, based in Paradiso (Lugano), has been promoting the culture of physical, psychological, and social well-being in Ticino for years. In an era where employee health is a strategic driver for business success, ErgoCheck was created: a free program dedicated to companies that truly want to invest in their human resources.

Postural well-being, greater productivity

Postural prevention in the workplace

Improve your employees’ well-being directly in the company with personalized ergonomic assessments.

What is our ErgoCheck

ErgoCheck is a free ergonomic evaluation, offered once a year directly on company premises, without interrupting employees’ work. The occupational therapist observes workstations while employees are working, analyzing:

• posture at the desk or on machinery;
• seating and monitor positioning;
• keyboard, mouse, and work tools;
• lighting and environmental factors.

After the observation, personalized recommendations are provided to optimize the workstation and prevent musculoskeletal disorders or overload-related conditions.

The assessment is available both in offices and in production departments, adapting to any operational context.
