The Rebalance Program at Polispecialistico Paradiso is designed for those suffering from autoimmune conditions, osteoarthritis, or inflammatory processes affecting the musculoskeletal system.
The goal is to reduce inflammation, restore muscle flexibility, and improve overall well-being while avoiding excessive strain.

What the program includes:

  • 3 sessions with the wellness consultant to monitor progress and provide motivational support;

  • 1 initial consultation with the nutritionist + 3 follow-ups to optimize the nutrition plan;

  • 26 Gentle Pilates classes (one per week) to restore mobility and strengthen muscles without overload.

The program can be integrated with occupational therapy or physiotherapy (optional services).
